RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All individual connectors (WattGate, WBT, SBAN and Spade/PostMaster Kits) must be returned in new condition in order to be considered for a refund. If a connector has any sign of use, we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee. Connectors that are broken, modified or soldered cannot be returned for refund.
If you need to return or exchange a cable that was purchased directly from our Kimber Online Store (www.kimber.com), please call us at (801) 621-5530 or contact customer service (customerservice@kimber.com) for assistance. Returns must be received within 60 days from purchase and must be in like-new condition. We encourage the customer to use the cable to decide if the cable will be a good fit in their system, but any damage to the cable and or connectors will result in a fee deducted against the refund amount to pay for repairs of the cable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer bears the risk of loss during shipment so please use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery and or insurance.
If you are needing to return or exchange a cable that was purchased from one of our Dealers or Distributors, please contact them regarding their individual return policy. Each dealer is their own proprietor and as such has their own policies regarding exchanges/returns.
We have the ability to build highly custom cables. If you purchase a cable to be built outside of our standard configuration, you will not be able to return it under our normal return policy. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all cables that fall under highly custom configurations. For questions regarding highly custom configurations, please contact our customer support.
